Brand new shopping mall, built in 2007. Looking really impressive with a huge 30ft high aquarium inside, where you can see various fish and even small sharks. Plenty of boutiques including: Calzedonia, Benetton, H&M, Jackpott, Triumph and many, many more. If you’re a true shopping addict, you will feel at home here. One of the biggest shopping malls in Wroclaw.
Bielany Shopping Park

Opening times:
Monday - Saturday
10:00am to 9:00pm

It has started a couple of years ago with the building of big Tesco supermarket and a few boutiques adjoining it. Quite fast it has become the most popular shopping place in Wroclaw, which resulted in a rapid growth of shops in the nearby area. Despite the fact it is located just outside Wroclaw southern border, hundreds of Wroclaw citizens drive there every weekend.

Opening times:
Monday - Saturday
9:30am to 9:00pm
Sunday

Slightly older than Arkady Wroclawskie, but equally big, Galeria Dominikanska is still one of the most popular shopping centres in Wroclaw. One of its strongest points is the location – it’s very easy to get to from all parts of the city. Variety of shops allow you to buy any kind of clothes – from casual to smartest.
Magnolia Park
ul. Legnicka 58
54-204 Wrocław

Opening times:
Monday - Sunday
9:00am to 9:00pm
Pretty impressive I have to admit. Because of the fact that it’s located slightly further from the city centre, it beats other malls in terms of floor space and number of boutiques. Moreover, it is less crowded during weekends, so shopping can actually be less tiring.
Helios Cinema
ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 19a-21
50-077 Wroclaw
www.heliosnet.pl
Probably the most conveniently located cinema in Wroclaw. Big, new building standing out against old tenements in Kazimierza Wielkiego street, holds 9 air conditioned screens. It’s good to know that screen 1 contains 562 seats and it is the biggest and basically the best. All screens are equipped with Dolby Digital Surround EX DTS system which is pretty standard thing in most modern cinemas, but was unheard of in Poland less than 10 years ago. The only drawback for me is the interior decoration, which looks like taken out from one of the Alien movies. Huge, uncovered air-conditioning pipes all across the place leave a ghastly impression, even though it should have created an “industrial” feel of the place.
